Ordering
Browse our collection, select your bag, choose any available colour or size variant, and click Add to Cart. When you're ready, go to cart and proceed to checkout. You can also order directly via WhatsApp if you prefer.
Absolutely โ many of our customers prefer it. Just message us on WhatsApp with the bag name or product link, your full name, and delivery address. We'll confirm your order and arrange delivery right away.
Yes โ as long as your order hasn't been dispatched yet. Message us on WhatsApp immediately and we'll do our best to make changes. Once a parcel has been handed to the courier, we're unable to modify it.
Popular styles do get restocked, though we can't guarantee it for every item. If something you love is sold out, message us on WhatsApp and we'll let you know if and when it's coming back.
Shipping & Delivery
Standard delivery takes 3โ5 business days across Pakistan. Major cities like Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad are often 1โ3 days. Remote areas can take up to 7 days. You'll get a WhatsApp tracking update as soon as your order ships.
Yes โ we deliver to every city, town, and village in Pakistan via TCS Courier. Whether you're in Karachi or Gilgit, we'll get your order to you. Remote area deliveries may take a day or two longer.
Standard shipping is Rs 200 across Pakistan. Remote areas are Rs 300. Orders over Rs 2,000 qualify for free shipping automatically โ no code needed.
As soon as your order is dispatched, we'll send your TCS tracking number directly to your WhatsApp. You can track it at tcs.com.pk or just ask us and we'll check it for you instantly.
First, check your tracking link. If the status hasn't updated in 48 hours or the estimated date has passed, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll follow up with TCS directly on your behalf.
Payment & COD
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders across Pakistan. We also accept online payment via credit/debit card at checkout. COD is by far our most popular option.
It's simple โ when the TCS rider arrives at your door, you pay them the exact order amount in cash. No online banking, no card required. The rider will give you your parcel and a receipt.
Yes. Our website uses Shopify's secure checkout, which is encrypted and trusted by millions of stores worldwide. Your card details are never stored on our servers. That said, if you prefer not to pay online, COD is always available.
Yes โ an order confirmation is automatically sent to your email as soon as you place your order. For COD orders, the TCS rider also provides a physical receipt at delivery. Message us if you need a copy of anything.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original condition, and with tags still attached. Message us on WhatsApp to start the process โ we'll handle everything from there.
Yes, exchanges are welcome. We'll pick up the original item and send out your replacement once we receive it. If the item you want costs more, we'll ask for the difference. If it costs less, we'll refund the difference.
We're so sorry to hear that. Please send us a clear photo of the damage on WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving your order. We'll replace or refund the item immediately โ no questions asked.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (usually within 2 business days of pickup), refunds are processed within 2โ3 business days. For COD orders, refunds are made via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash.
Products & Quality
Our bags are made from a range of premium materials including PU leather, vegan leather, and structured fabric. Each product page specifies the exact material. We select materials based on durability, feel, and how well they hold their shape over time.
We do our best to photograph bags in natural lighting so the colour is as accurate as possible. Slight variations can occur due to screen calibration โ if you're unsure about a colour, message us and we'll send you additional photos or a video.
For PU and vegan leather bags: wipe with a soft damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals or prolonged sunlight exposure. Store in the dust bag (included with most bags) when not in use. Never machine wash. For fabric bags, spot clean with a gentle detergent.
Yes! Message us on WhatsApp when placing your order and let us know it's a gift. We'll pack it beautifully with tissue, a ribbon, and include a personalised note if you'd like. Gift wrapping is complimentary.
