Shipping Information
How We Ship
All Zovelle orders are dispatched via TCS Courier โ Pakistan's most reliable courier network. Once your order is packed, you'll receive a tracking number directly on WhatsApp so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Processing Time
Orders placed before 2pm PKT are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on Sundays are dispatched the next business day.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer COD on all orders across Pakistan. When your parcel arrives, simply pay the delivery rider in cash โ no card, no apps, no hassle. COD orders may take one extra day to process.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll send your TCS tracking number to your WhatsApp. You can track your parcel at tcs.com.pk or message us and we'll check it for you.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Return Policy
We want you to love your Zovelle bag. If for any reason you're not happy, we'll make it right. You have 7 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
Items Eligible for Return
- Unused, in original condition with tags attached
- Returned within 7 days of delivery
- In original packaging where possible
Items Not Eligible
- Items showing signs of use, perfume, or marks
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
- Items returned after 7 days without prior notice
Damaged or Wrong Item?
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, we'll replace it immediately at no cost to you. Just send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.
